One of the main attractions in the famed city of Port Royal, Gloria’s ‘Rendevous’ stands as one of Kingston’s most respected restaurants. It is most popular for their steamed fish. With its original venue intact, and an impressive renovation and expansion of its street-side ‘tavernesque’ shop, Gloria’s is more than ready to accommodate and satisfy you and yours. Now in the city!
Gloria’s Seafood in Jamaica is a must-visit! I had the Brown Stew Fish, and it was packed with rich, authentic flavors—perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Salted Cod Fish was equally delicious, a true taste of Jamaican cuisine. I paired my meal with a Whiskey Sour, which was refreshing and balanced. The vibrant atmosphere and warm service made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
Went on a Saturday night the place was packed. My order took over an hour to be ready but it was worth the wait the food was 9/10
The steamed snapper was absolutely delicious. Spending my first evening eating snapper in Jamaica with a water view was a great way to end my first day in this beautiful country.
Didn't even want to eat in here after way the duty jakro crosses dry head gyal, sitting behind grill in photo, a look and talk to me just cuz mi ask fi toilet tissue😡 she was lucky with my Christian family! Shame cuz was recommended to us and really wanted to try. Teach your staff MANNERS cuz lost out on a big money was over 10 of us. Or employ a bathroom attendant cuz 3 floors of restaurant and no toilet tissue 😳
We had wonderful service by Sophia. She seated us in a nice spot and was very pleasant. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry because the food took a while to come out, once it did, it taste great! Brown stew fish & bammy, curry lobster with mash potato. The strawberry Daiquiri was plentiful and flavorful. Great food with a nice view of the waterfront.
