I placed an order one week in advance for flowers to be delivered no later than 12:45 PM(which they guaranteed they can do), but as of 4:00 PM, they still hadn’t arrived. At around 1 PM I called to check(multiple times), no one answered. I tried again from a different number, and suddenly, they picked up. They assured me the flowers would arrive in 30 minutes, yet 3 hours later—still nothing. I called back(multiple times) from the same number they previously answered, and guess what? No response.
This business has awful customer service, no respect for their customers’ time, and clearly picks and chooses which calls to answer. If you need reliable flower delivery, look elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could.

The purpose of this review is the praise the excellent customer service displayed by Chrishain.
Chrishain went above and beyond to facilitate my requests in preparation for an upcoming birthday, with absolute patience and politeness. Although I am yet to receive the flowers, which will no doubt be exceptional, Chrishain was even able to secure a 9 am time slot despite the fact that couriers ordinarily deliver between 11 am to 5 pm. It is this level of service and willingness to accommodate my needs for the day, that has really set this florist - and more specifically Chrishain - a part. Especially coordinating all efforts from abroad in lieu of my upcoming visit to Jamaica.
Chrishain, thank you again once more. You are a credit to Gorgeous Flowers.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I didn't know exactly what I wanted and the staff were super helpful and patient with me. The ambiance is great, it definitely screams luxury...10 out of 10!!! I will most definitely be recommending this store to other.

The staff was extremely gracious and helpful, which made for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be using their services again. I would definitely recommend them. 🙏🏾👍🏾
